With the support of National Science Foundation SBIR grants, we have developed novel patented technology that is scalable across a wide range of applications including forensic and missing person identification, relationship and ancestral ethno-geographic establishment, and molecular diagnostics.
Our scientific team has in-depth expertise in molecular biology, forensic genetics and molecular diagnostics; and our management team has over 85 combined years of experience in successful biotechnology commercialization. Together, we are focused on harnessing the power of genomics to transform healthcare and forensic investigations.

Sudhir Sinha, PhD
CEO and President
With over 40 years of experience in chemical and biochemical research and management, Dr. Sinha is well-recognized in the international scientific community, authoring numerous research papers, holding multiple patents, and having presented his work at many international conferences.
Anne H. Montgomery, MS
Operations Director
As a Co-Founder of ReliaGene Technologies, Ms. Montgomery has a wealth of expertise in biochemical research, laboratory management and genetic identification. She has spent over 30 years working in the field of forensic DNA analysis for government and private laboratories as a DNA Technical Leader, Consultant and Forensic DNA Lab Director.
Gina Murphy, MS
QA Manager/Senior Scientist
Ms. Murphy is a court-qualified expert in molecular biology and DNA analysis with over 20 years of experience in the human identity field, having testified over 100 times in numerous courts throughout the United States, Canada, and Australia. These cases involved civil and criminal matters and included testimony for both prosecution and defense counsel.
Sid Sinha, MBA
Vice President
Sid Sinha has over 20 years of experience in various leadership and management roles in the genetic testing industries. Mr. Sinha previously held the responsibility of Vice President, North America Forensics and R&D at Orchid Cellmark, where he worked from 2007 through 2012.
